I'm Jinny, a Senior Product Designer building AI-powered B2B products at McKinsey & Company.Right now, I'm building as the Founding Designer / Design Lead at I2I, a B2B SaaS product that scales how tech teams work with AI in enterprises. Alongside this, I am co-building the shared design system for the portfolio of three products, and rethinking AI workflows in our design team.

Before getting into B2B SaaS, I supported 18+ clients across banking and life sciences to bring product visions to life. Here, I brought products and value propositions to market through research and design, including designing an affluent banking proposition across 3 markets to double assets under management in 5 years and designing a regulatory software for medtech startups.

Overall, I get the most energy from my work when it spans multiple areas. I delve into product strategy, research (quantitative and qualitative), product design, motion, branding, design systems, design operations, and shipping code.
